Caitlin Charos, MA, ABD, began her career in research development while pursuing a Ph.D. in English at Princeton University, where her research interests included postcolonial literatures, particularly literatures from southern Africa, gender & sexuality, race & ethnicity, global migration, and the novel. As a fellow in Princeton’s Office of Corporate Engagement and Foundation Relations, Caitlin helped connect faculty members to foundation funders with shared missions.

Trisha Dant, PhD, will help grow the breadth and depth of research in the Science Departments in the College of Arts and Sciences. Trisha grew up along the east coast and received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biological Sciences with minors in Chemistry and Biomedical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. Pursuing her passion for science and research, Trisha received her PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC) where her dissertation research was on T cell pathogenesis in Acute Graft-versus-Host Disease.
